They asked traditional behavioral questions (tell me about a time...)and a few patient scenarios, including how you'd handle specific but basic clinical presentations such as shortness of breath or cardiac symptoms

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UC Davis Health (Sacramento, CA)
It was a panel interview, the team asked various situational questions ranging from ethical dilemmas, communication problems, and clinical skills. They provided an opportunity for questions at the end of the interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UC Davis Health
Interview was panel with hiring manager leading discussion. The interview process was good, but the ending was bad. I was not contacted as to the decision to move forward as a candidate. Nothing. Incommunicado. I even responded to an email chain I had going with the hiring manager, and no response. It's fine not to move forward with someone, but so unprofessional not to give us candidates the respect of informing us of the decision after putting much effort into the process of interviewing.
- It was mostly scripted questions with some off the cuff questions to get to know me.

Panel interview & straight to business. Behavioral questions & one scenario. It was my first interview and was very intimidating for me. They didn’t ask much about myself and they got right into their behavioral questions.
- Tell me about a time when…

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UC Davis Health (Rancho Cordova, CA) in Jul 2023
One initial 30-minute phone screen with the hiring manager. They explain the role, the company, the opportunities for growth. A 1-hour panel interview with four panelists. They take turns asking questions. Was not very technical.
- Q: Explain the benefits of using the cloud versus in-house systems.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UC Davis Health (California City, CA) in Jul 2023
It was a a zoom meeting, panel like. They took turns asking mainly clinical scenario questions. Some behavioral questions. They told me it would take 1-2 weeks for an answer. I received the skill survey 1 day after the interview. I was offered the job 2 weeks exactly from the interview. It’s a very long process, so don’t lose hope! When in doubt, follow up with an email.
- Tell us about you? Why UC Davis? What do you do when there is a disagreement?

It took about 2 weeks after I applied online to be contacted for an interview. Zoom panel interview of 3, they asked 11 questions and then asked me at the end if I had any questions for them. It was a standard set of questions.
- 1) Tell me about yourself and why you want to work for UC Davis Health? 2) What does diversity and inclusion mean to you? 3) Give me a time when you dealt with a difficult WC case, what happened and how did you handle it?

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UC Davis Health (Sacramento, CA) in Jul 2023
3 rounds of interviews, ask basic questions throughout all over the rounds nothing hard or thought provoking. Really should change their process, its very long. Also they ask you for professional references and contact them even though they aren't going to offer you the job, really weird thing to do.
- Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision?
