I applied online. I interviewed at UCHealth (Denver, CO) in Feb 2018
Interview
Phone interview with the usual questions regarding customer service, face to face interview asking for examples of experience dealing with patients.
Quite laid lack, only one person interview.
Invited for a 'working interview' a week later. Basically sat next to staff and watched them work.
Was slightly disappointed that the interviewer said they would contact... Waited 3 weeks and got a generic email saying someone else was hired. But this seems to be the standard for most companies nowadays.
It is the Standard questions that every interview has such as tell me about yourself, work experience, biggest challenge, and opportunities for improvement. They are usually in person and very easy to talk to.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UCHealth (Colorado Springs, CO) in Sep 2021
Interview
The questions were pretty regular - "why do you want this job?" "can you give an example of a time where you had to resolve a difficult situation with a co-worker or client?"
I met with the clinic lead/manager on site and met the area manager via Microsoft Teams. Both asked questions.
