Interview
The interview was straight forward but intense. I was asked many questions. They remained professional throughout the experience. There were some curveball questions, but overall I had a good interview experience.
Self-schedule 20-30 minute interview slow online. Zoom interview with unit director and clinical nurse managers with a mix of behavioral and clinical scenario questions specific to the unit. Questions allowed at the end
