It was very conversational. They asked me a lot of follow-up questions, my previous experiences, what I was interested in, and my progress in pharmacy. It was very relaxed interview.

The director at the time invited me for an in-person interview. It was a 1:1 interview and she asked several questions about my job experience, career choices, and why I was interested in pharmacy.
