I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
30 minute interview which began with the question "what software tools do you use to keep yourself organized?" and by the end of the interview I knew I didn't want the job. Very heads-down, do the work, don't bother to think too much and that may be UCLA Health in general, I don't know. Other project management I've done has been more strategic and participatory so I may be spoiled.
2 interviews- behavioral questions, and normal interview questions like tell me about yourself - also had to complete an assignment in between 1st and 2nd interview. The 2nd interview asked questions about the assignment
Several months of "Your application has been sent to the hiring manager for further consideration" without an interview. Unsure of the next steps after application was sent to hiring manager.
Interviewed by 3 individuals. They seemed really stiff and just wanted to get the interview over with. I feel the culture is not too homey, not the perfect fit for my goals and values.
