First interview with manager to see if you are worthy enough to get an interview with the division manager. If you are worthy enough for a division manager you then take a 5 hour online test to see if you are qualified. If qualified, you have a final web-cam interview the district staff. If you pass all their questions and scenarios then winner winner chicken dinner.

Panel of 2. Initial brief about the company. Then told a little about myself. Then went into a period of questions and answers for about 10 mins. Was pretty close to just being a casual conversation. Interviewers seemed to be honest and straightforward. Good experience.
