Interview
STAR. Be ready for the star process and talk about your part in whatever it was that you did in your old job. Mine was in person but they also do interviews over the phone if you do not live in the area. This requires a 50 word minimum but you would have to be a zombie not to be able to get this job. Seriously.
Remote, and then face to face. In person was with a 3 people panel. Very nice team of interviewees. Be ready to use the STAR methodology to answers interview questions.

Applied online. Called for a phone interview and then had to pass an online assessment. After that had a panel interview through the computer with personnel in San Antonio.
