Had 2 interviews. First one I was one of 5 people. The UPS lady made it very clear this job is very hard. She took all of us thu the building. The 2nd interview was one on one to fill out paper work. I started 2007
They put you in a room with other candidates, ask a couple questions, give you a tour of the building, show you where you’ll be working, you finish the app process there, then you’re hired.
You fill out the online app. They do phone interview. They do in person interview. Then talk to hr. Then you go to orientation. Then you sign paperwork, watch videos, and start work.
