Interviewed with two managers. Both were down to earth, professional, and pleasant. Nothing unexpected. They wanted to know why I wanted the job, how I valued safety, and how I would react in response to supervisor expectations. They didn't seemed overly concerned about my lack of experience.

a short meeting with an onsite supervisor. Spoke about the onboarding process and expectations. Spoke about safety protocols and expected training. Interview was conducted at 7 am. training is in the day time even though job would be overnight.

The interview was quick and simple they basically just tell you the job duties ask you can you do it u give them a copy of your id and social then you wait 2 weeks for your background you get paid for training
