The phone interview was about 30 minutes long, 100% behavioral and wasn't bad at all (STAR questions).
it was easy they asked a bunch of behavioral with many rounds. the interviewers were really nice and asked if i had questions at the end. they didnt ask any technical question s
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UPS (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2021

One call with the engineering team for some basic questions and asking about your resume and experiences with certain technologies. Nothing too bad or outside the box. There may be some calls from HR to set things up.

Behavioral interview with basic questions from ur resume. Honestly really easy if you can think on the fly. The prep I would recommend is try to connect ur resume as much as possible.
