      Interview

      Directly spoke to Director of Product Management after recruiter connected us. Though the questions asked were relevant and apt, the interviewer did not have a good demeanor. He was wearing a hoodie and didn't bring any enthusiasm or energy to the interview. A candidate's performance improves if the interviewer can make them feel more comfortable.
