It was not that much of an interview. Very laid-back personal questions. How do you embody leadership, where are you from, why do you want to be a part-time supervisor. Its impossible for you not to get the offer.
Easy, you get a tour around the facility and they ask a few background questions and about your past work experience nothing to stress about. Make sure to wear boots
Started with a Phone Interview. Then, In person interview at the store and it went well. Focus on customer management skills. Interviewers focus on basic competency, work ethic, customer service skills, and availability.
