Very straight forward. No surprises and as long as you have good experience and a eagerness to learn and grow you’ll be fine. Plenty of room for growth and endless opportunities
More of a causal talk with Manager, I had worked for the Company for two years prior and knew him well. Most difficult part was the MRE, a computer based test taken at home. Very little guidance and you will be left hanging at the end not knowing how you did.

HR contacts you within a week or two run a background check and immediately hires you. The hire process isn't really that complicated almost anyone can get hires as long as there are no criminal offenses.
