All on the phone, no interaction with another human being. It's very underwhelming but makes it very easy to get into just takes a while to actually get hired. Then once you're in you're in and its union so hard to get let go.

Simple and easy, asked basic questions about your previous work history and achievements that you had accomplished. They also give information about the job you are applying for, the requirements it has and the history of the company as a whole.
