Simple and straightforward interview. 3 rounds, one with hiring manager, then with two managers of dept, and then with head director. From first to last interview was about two ish weeks. Each interview was very respectful and nice and open to questions.

Interview
Contacted by recruiter for a 15 minute phone conversation. Then asked to interview, which was thirty minutes. Interview had standard and situational questions. Both interviewers seemed very polite and interested in interviewing me. Received a rejection email three days later and sent a follow up email on feedback to the recruiter but I didn’t receive a response.
I had a phone interview and they never had the courtesy to update me or respond to my emails. Granted I might not have been their first choice but at least reply to emails and tell a candidate if he's been chosen or not
