Super easy interview with the post master of the office you're applying to. Questions pertaining to weather struggles you will face delivering the mail, why you want to work for USPS etc.

Can you brave the elements such as heat, rain and snow while delivering the mail .
no formal in person interview. Once application was complete they send you a few tasks to be done by a certain time,once that is done they schedule orientation. You have to pass a federal background check,and must have a drivers license.

Interview
The interview is all online, extremely easy and quick. Select from multiple choice and you are then offered a job with forms to fill out and fingerprinting. Then you are called and bring 2 forms of Identification with you
Easy. Just pass the assessment then you have the job. Sometimes it may be a slow hiring process but long as you can pass a background check, you’re fine. Good luck
