      Software Development Interview

      Oct 8, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      San Antonio, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at USAA (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Two phases, the first you sit down with a recruiter. Mostly behavioral questions, but with a scheduling puzzle as well. The second phase has you at their headquarters. Here, there are two main steps: a team interview, where you rotate between groups of other prospective candidates solving problems, which tests your ability and work with others. Finally, there are interviews where two other employees interview just you. More behavioral questions, but also design questions and another scheduling puzzle.
