      Banking Specialist III Interview

      Dec 27, 2009
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Antonio, TX
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at USAA (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2009

      Interview

Once they call you in for interview you pretty much have the job provided you pass the drug/background/credit check. So unless you really screw up the inital meeting, then you are in. Very laid back during the inview process, ask you several situational questions and allow you to ask questions of the position. Let you know exactly what to expect, and seemed to be really interested in you. Very formal place for how informal the people are.
