1 hour interview with Leetcode Easy Question at the end using Python. Interviewers were friendly and easy to relate with. Looked a lot for fit to company culture, mission, and values.

Question 1
What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? How would you adjust to a new environment?
It was an online video call interview and they asked about resume and then moved on to ask to code a simple task and then describe some more theoretical ideas.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at USAA (El Paso, TX) in Oct 2020
