You first submit your application and then they will get back to you a couple of days later to take an assessment the assessment takes an hour and is a little tricky

How will your past or present manager describe your ability to anticipate possible setbacks
I went through two different interviews and then get hired. Was a 3 month hiring process. But, I have to pass the insurance state test first to get an offer.
The interview process was done virtually. Two interviews. They asked some relatively easy questions and the interviewers were laidback and relaxed which helped me to be more relaxed. The process was easy and I received a job offer a day after the interview.
