First I had a 20 minute phone interview with the recruiter who moved me to the longer Zoom interview with two claims managers. The interview lasted about an hour and it was well organized. They were very transparent about the interview process, the benefits, the heavy workload, and answered most of my questions before I even asked them. As a courtesy, I completed the interview but had to withdraw my application because it turns out the position is no longer remote, as it was described in the initial posting.
