Two of the interviews were with individuals, and one was supposed to be a panel with two participants.. One hiring manager referred to them as "cheesy", One of the people from the panel hour didn't show due to a conflict. A week later I received an email from the recruiter with the following text. Given the level of position and the fact that I spend a fair amount of time preparing and interviewing, this was disappointing and in my mind somewhat an unprofessional conclusion to the process.
