Internal posting with manager approval. One to two interviews depending on number of accepted applicants. Interviews typically have 4 to 6 questions for internal hires. External hires are easier, its the background check and personality test tat is extensive.

You use a circuit interview process, one manager scribes the other asks a question. You have 4 minutes to answer the question and must use the STAR method. Very robotic process.
