Interview
It was a brief 1:1 interview with the Divisional Leader at the time, which took place right after a presentation given by the leader to the group of candidates. They were very straightforward with the demands of this position, and it is not for the average Joe. Essentially, you have to work very hard but it DOES pay off. It really comes down to having the heart for it.
Easy going and laid back. The interview was nice and very informative about the position. Informed me that this position was 100% commission only and that it was work from home.

Interview
Company presentation to a group of candidates followed by short individual interview with management. Very basic interview. Contract job so lots of people are hired due to the turnover rate of employees
