Three phone interviews:
1. Recruiter - Very basic questions to see if you qualify for the job.
2. Manager - A little more in depth to see if your skills and knowledge
3. Colleague - Similar to the manager call, but a little less formal. Trying to see if you fit the culture.
Uber was very unprofessional in their process. They had to reschedule the interviews two times. The first time, the manager never called. I had to the send HR and the recruiter multiple emails to get things correct. This should have told me everything I needed to know about how the process would go.
