I got to a 4th round interview and I was told by HR that I was loved by other members of the interviewers and I was the only one who got this far for the position. 3 days later they told me they went with someone else. Why would the HR person make it seem like I had it in the bag when that was clearly not the case? disappointed with this company is an understatement. Do better Uber. Do. Better.

It was not easy at all. Starting from Recruiter 1on 1 and then Recruiting Manager(2nd step) and then Director. After you passed 1:1 with everyone, you will do presentation. not easy.

The people that I was in contact with was super friendly and professional but I will definitely improve the feedback method after being on a final stage. An email template is ok for a candidate on an early stage of the process.
