One phone interview then waited a day to see if I was moved forward to the next step. It sounded like the girl on the phone did not want to be interviewing me at all.
They were nice. 2 people sat me in a room and asked me questions. Just like any other interview. My friends did get an offer while I did not. You submit a resume get an interview get a decision.
