A bunch of questions related to the job then a role play scenario where I acted like I was talking to a sexual assault victim. There was 2 people interviewing and it was done via zoom.
Recruiter screening, then an assessment, then a panel interview. Overall, pretty par for the course for trust and safety positions I’ve had. Panel was over Zoom, recruiter screen was a phone call.

I began my role in 2015 so the interview process has changed significantly since then. They used to have a third party conduct the interviews but now you will interview directly with one of the department managers.
