Initial 30min HR call for basics like why uber, why the role, salary expectations and availablity
Then a set of interviews with hiring manager and other teams with role based questions and a take home case study to then present to several teams

Interview was brief and only held with the hiring manager. 25 minutes max. It was very formulaic (“tell me about a time…”) without getting any personal or connective empathetic questions.
