I applied online. I interviewed at UberEther in Dec 2021
Interview
I applied to a posting from TekStream Solutions through LinkedIn. A recruiter reached out to me for a basic phone screening. A week or so later, a different recruiter reached out to me and we had an additional 2 conversations. More basic phone screening questions and also asking me which build tools I have experience with (Jenkins, Maven, etc.). They also asked what makes me a good team member.
Then, a virtual interview was scheduled. It was scheduled about 4 weeks later since it was a group panel and they didn't have a lot of availability. However, the recruiter called 2 weeks later and said the CEO wanted to talk to me. I was sent a Google Meet link through email. The recruiter said it was a phone interview which gave me the impression that it was audio only but the CEO had his camera turned on. I'm unsure if I was expected to have my camera on. The questions were mainly to get to know me and why I'm interested in the company. He might ask a bit about your Python experience as well.
I got an email the following weekend saying they decided not to move forward.
