Interview
Interview was quick but comprehensive. They began by exploring details about past projects before offering hypothetical scenarios to design for. They also invited discussion on design aspects that worked and didn't work in game projects of various scales and genres.

What is your experience with systems and economy design?
Horrible HR, sent me a google calendar invite without even contacting me before hand. During the meeting they were moving around the studio, losing connection, and I could hardly hear their voice. They don't respect the people they are interested in.
For a first interview with a HR person, it became a technical interview right away and they obviously didn't know what they were talking about but asking additional questions, without having a real understanding of what we were talking about.

it was slow, but easy in every aspect, don't be scared of their questions. Everyone who interviews is great at what they do. The recruiters are very slow at getting back to you.
