I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline (Allentown, PA)
Interview
Easy, all the normal questions you would expect to have at any interview. Quick and to the point although was not hired for position I interviewed for. Very formal and comfortable, not intimidating at all. Great atmosphere.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2024
Interview
first initial interview with the recruiter went very well, however the second interview with the department manager was awful. I felt like I was disrespected with my time, and his lack of interest in anything I was saying. Their number one challenge was said that their hiring processes being so selective, yeah I know why now if they treat people like this in interviews. I'm glad I wasn't selected for the role.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Waukegan, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted the following day to set up an interview. I was able to schedule a meeting for the following week. I received an email from their HR asking me to complete 4 different online assessments before my interview. So these assessments turned out to be quite time consuming and involved, took me about 3 hours on a Sunday morning to complete. I showed up for the interview to find out it was a mass event, upwards of 40 people, applying for various positions I'm sure. We were then issued 2 different timed tests that dealt with numbers. Finished those and they told us all they would begin interviews after they scored the tests. 10 minutes or so later they began calling people back for the one on one interviews. I was one of the first people called back and thought the actual interview went well. About 4 days later I received an email saying that I was not chosen for the position I applied for, but they would keep my file for a year in the event a more "suitable" position became available. Just wish I knew how the process was evaluated, as in how much importance was put on the 3 hours of personality and character tests i took on my day off etc....
All in all the experience was positive, a process cannot be any more involved or time consuming for sure, so future interviews should be cake comparatively.
