Interview
It’s lengthy interview process. Once you apply online after telephonic interview they send you personality test. It includes 4 different test to complete. Once you complete that they ask you to come to Uline office. Over there you need to complete two more 4 minutes test before you can see anyone. After interview with HR representatives if you are selected they will give you call within 3 business days to setup one more interview. When you go for final interview they test your Microsoft word and excel skills. Which can take up to 1hour and 30 minutes depends on you speed. After that they will ask you to come in and have interview with there higher management over the video call.

It was pretty standard. I had to fill out some questions and I also had to complete a survey. I had the interview through Microsoft teams and it felt relaxed.
Two interview rounds after a number test assessment, followed by interview which is conducted by a existing sales account rep and if he or she thinks that you are fit for the job then you go to the second round of interview which will be conducted by the senior level sales department head and HR.
