Interview
Final interview with team of 5 including HR and tech folks. Took almost 3 weeks to hear back after final interview. No whiteboard challenges, but jargon-filled questions from a senior dev that was on his cell phone for half of the interview. Also beware- there are long tests that aren’t software-related in order to get to the final interview stage. A very bureaucratic, stuffy company.
Started with an HR call and asked basic behavioral questions. Next step was a call with a Senior Software Developer that asked technical questions but no coding related questions. Last step was an in person interview at Uline HQ and was about 2 hours with interview with Software Developers and HR. Was a mix of a bunch of technical questions, but no direct coding questions

Interview
Interview consisted of random tests to complete before the interview not related to the IT role. It seemed like a waste of time just to have an interviewer ask me about my visa status when it is obviously included in the application. It seemed rude to ask and the the lady was questioning everything about my resume unsure of why she even called me in.
