I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Uline (New York, NY)
Interview
I didn't apply. They were recruiting me. The interview process was as disorganized as their company. I had multiple phone interviews after they pulled the no call no show on my first interview. No in person or no video interview. I have never in my life had a company not call when they say they will. Reading the reviews about the company it was definitely a blessing. The Uihleins don't have the greatest name out in the industry currently. You see all the negative reviews saying to run. You definitely should run as fast as you can when the Uline people come wasting your time.
Sit you in a big room and a group to do random assessments entire atmosphere is as dream crushing and soul crushing as you can have cubicles lined up like a cattle farm and rows of miserable people
Interviewer was late. Had a great conversation though. 2 weeks later followed up on my application with some lady from HR who didn't seem to want to talk to me. Attitude from the start and then sent me straight to a voicemail. Next day declined from the position. Applied to other roles but immediately declined as soon as I submitted. HR has an attitude and now I'm blacklisted? Yikes. Dodged a bullet.
Online assessments, Phone Interview, In person Interview. The process was very simple and easy to understand and follow. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is Necessary. The people for which I Spoke to were congenial and well spoken.
