Tests, tests and more tests. About 7-8 hours worth of testing for management position, plus two interviews about an hour long each, I have been a manager for about 9 years now worked at very similar DC's, managed multiple departments and at the end not even an explanation why I didn't get a job, just an automatically generated email, all the tests were good, at least that is what I was told. Not going to conciser this company in the future.
