      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Pleasant Prairie, WI
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Oct 2024

      Interview

The interview was professional and they were on time. I had a 20 minute pre-interview process and then the interview was right on time. I appreciate when a company doesn't make you wait around and takes the interview process.

      Interview

Process began with phone screening, a series of tests through email including writing/editing, personality evaluations, etc. much of the testing unrelated to job. Actual interview day included a series of tests and evaluations before interview. Extremely conservative.

      Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Sep 2011

      Interview

I submitted my resume, was called the next day to schedule an initial interview with a recruiter and provided 4 assessments to complete at home, comprising personality/psychological/sales/writing style. I spent several hours at home working on them. I submitted those assessments and had the interview. Once there, I completed 2 number tests and met with a recruiter. Standard questions and resume review. I was called back within a few days for a second interview that would take place with the 3 managers I would be working with and also yet another round of testing, including spelling, grammar, and Microsoft Office assessments. I was told it would be about 4 and a half hours process at which point I decided to decline and stay at my current position. The office was immaculate and very professional looking. There were many people interviewing at the same time as I was, so you kind of feel like you're herded from room to room. I'm a good test taker but I felt it was too many assessments for me and after reading that the work culture is a lot like school, rigid with micromanaging bosses, I felt it wasn't the best fit for me. They are very clear about how the process works and had I wanted to jump through many more hoops, I'm confident I could have landed the position.
