I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI)
Interview
Extremely long and tedious, 3 MS Office assessments, a SALES SKILL ASSESSMENT (FOR A NON SALES POSITION), and a PHYSICAL APPLICATION that you need to print and fill out, on top of a HAIR FOLLICLE DRUG TEST because the owners are extreme fundamentalists. Interview process is insane and detached from reality.
extremely long for no reason. first round hr recruiter behavioral. second round swe technicals about java. third is in person interview resume grilling and random java questions. also has like 5 assessmants which are complete waste of time. For a cs job, no leetcode at all but pay is low and process is too long.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
Have to finish an assessment before the interview. Assessment was long and not necessary I think. The recruiter was friendly, take lot of notes during interview. Overall experience was good. Phone screen round last around 20 to 30 mins basic and most common behavioral question.
