The interview process included an hour or so personality assessment along with a thirty minute interview over the phone. The interview over the phone was performed by an uninterested individual that did not assist in fostering a productive conversation. After the interview, they got back to me about 4-5 business days with an email at 12:40 am CDT to tell me they are moving forward with other candidates with no reason.
