3 stage interview process, mixture of competency and culture. 1st round with the recuriter, 2nd with the marketing director, 3rd with the sales director. the interview was fluid, and it was easy to build rapport.

I recently went through a 3-stage interview process, starting with HR, followed by two interviews with the hiring manager. I have to say, it’s been one of the most enjoyable hiring experiences I’ve ever had. The process was well-organised, transparent, and engaging. Each stage felt more like a meaningful conversation than a formal interview, which really allowed me to showcase my skills and learn more about the company.
