I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2016
Interview
Terrible system: virtual interview through HireView. Awful way to screen a candidate. No feedback for your responses. No updates for 5 months. Nike was much more professional about their application process. Better run company anyways. Unprofessional as far as not responding to emails. They should take the time to actually speak with candidates rather than doing the ridiculous virtual interview. No human to human contact. Don't want to work at a company where they don't interact with their applicants in person.
