I applied online. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2022
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter for half an hour then the hiring manager for half an hour following that. I was supposed to be scheduled for a panel interview but the role was eliminated due to budgets before that got on the calendar.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (Austin, TX)
Interview
Applied online. Phone call with hiring manager. Then test, followed up with a face to face panel interview at the Austin location.
The interview process was standard in the beginning. It started to turn sour during the test.
HR sent one test. I worked on it for a few days and when I reached out for data/questions, I was told to scrap the previous test and instead work on a new on. This is fine, I can totally pivot. But I had the same deadline date as the old test. This was a bit difficult, as I had my current employment duties to work on during the day (and at night at times).
I made it to the a 5 person panel after submitting the test. It was actually fun, lots of hole poking and etc. But you’re at a bit of a disadvantage because the test is on a UA product (usually they are on external products) but you don’t really have deep insight into usability and etc. (you can ask for additional data, but there were a few items I didn’t know I COULD ask) so I really felt lost during the entire test/interview review exercise.
The really sad part about this entire process was the ghosting. I reached out tot the HM to thank them for their time and for any bit of feedback- crickets.
Two days later I was given a bot generated response thanking me for my application and that there wasn’t a fit for me at that time. It was the response you get when you don’t make the initial phone screen. Not when your last interview was a face to face. Seemed very cold and unprofessional. I kinda feel like I wasted a lot of time going though this process with UA. A small part of me wishes I didn’t apply.
I interviewed at Under Armour (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
Detailed and exciting. They took the time to ensure I understood the process. The employees were very kind, but also asked challenging questions. A long process, but the company is great and definitely hard to get into. Overall a great experience.
