In their online ad on kariera.gr, the application included questions which had been taken from the ISTQB - and even though the role did not ask for ISTQB. However, if applying via other websites por the Unisystems website, these questions were not part of the application process. There was only 1 interview for about 1.5 hours, with the Test Manager and a Project Manager. It was a run through the CV. It seemed that the questions they asked were generic. At the time they were urgently seeking someone who could travel abroad to go to a client site and it seems there were hardly any candidates with testing experience. They asked no technical questions whatsoever. There was only 1 question.
