      Market Service Manager Interview

      Apr 20, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UniFirst (Denver, CO) in Apr 2024

      Interview

The process was pleasant. I first spoke with a recruiter. Then I met a branch manager, Next I spent a half day (unpaid) trailing one of their managers on a route. Lastly I spoke with a VP on the phone. What was unpleasant was investing this time and effort, and being told that I did not get the job with a form letter sent by email. I would have expected to receive a phone call (as a courtesy) considering how far I got in the process. The form letter said they would keep me in their file, but considering the unprofessional end to this process, I would no longer be interested in working for this company. Job applicants should be treated respectfully, even when they are not selected.
