I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Jakarta) in Jun 2016
Interview
There are a lot of recruitment process including online assessment and interviews before finally getting invited to the last step of the recruitment process which is the assessment center. You will be invited to come to the head office really early in the morning and the are three things that you will do during the assessment center: personal presentation, focus group discussion, and user interview. If you're not performing well in the personal presentation and focus group discussion you will definitely not going to be invited for the user interview.
