I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was a video interview, and There were three situational questions - you had a couple of minutes to prepare and the to answer, and there was also a Case Study questions, for which you are given 10 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to reply. The mistake which I have made was: you need to conduct a research on Unilever's brands, not just on Unilever as a whole, as some of the questions involved situations which actually happened with their brands; in addition, this would be a big plus for case-study question. Also, despite you have several attempts to record the question (3 attempts per question), it is hard to prepare for such questions in several minutes.

Question 1
Case Study Question - need to evaluate graphs, calculate, read text and create the answer in a tiny amount of time.
The Unilever graduate interview process typically involves an online application, online assessments (including personality tests and sometimes game-based assessments), a pre-recorded video interview, and an assessment day at the company's offices. The video interview usually includes competency-based questions and a case study related to the specific role. The assessment day may involve further evaluations, discussions, and potentially an overnight stay for convenience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Sydney) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a pretty standard process for a grad program application: online application, game-based psychometric testing, then a hirevue video interview. They say you can't 'study' for psychometric testing but most online IQ games mimic the types of games they give you, so they're useful to prep.

As I had been on Placement at Unilever, I had direct entry to the Discovery Day. If not, it is online application, online tests and games, telephone interview etc.
