I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Englewood Cliffs, NJ) in Nov 2010
Interview
The phone interview was very simple.. Behavior based and the interviewer asked questions about Unilever such as how familiar are you with Unilever... It was more or less them explaining to me what Unilever is all about.. After that was done, he asked a couple of behavior questions such as, what would you do if you were the leader of an incompetent team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Englewood Cliffs, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
Friendly interviewer with a group project as the main interview, and the individual interviews follow. It certainly takes a long time and it is tiring, but the process is interesting.
Online assessments, then a super day with group case, 2 30-minute interviews, and a group interview. Recruiter was unresponsive and did not ever update despite saying otherwise. Be personable but not too assertive, they want team players, not bulldozers.
