The Interview goes at a normal pace. There is a lot of time for a dialogue with nice engaging conversation where you get to know each other. Later the interview escalates with the interviewee explaining why he/he is suitable for that role.

Why did you choose this position and why Unilever?
The interview was really chill, interview with 2 would be managers, standard interview behavioural like why unilever, what is a conflict you had with team mates, biggest strengths or weaknesses. I heard back pretty late after I applied online, but once they get back to you, the process is quick, i got an offer the day after the interview by phone
