Mostly behavior and some technical, asked a lot about my resume and some coursework that I have done in the past. Also went into some personal projects I've done in the past. Review some of the classes that I have done as well.

I applied online. Got a call after 2 months. The phone interview is just about my experience and expectations. I was called for an onsite interview. The interview panel is about 8 managers and architects. Talked about what they do and what I did. Then an applitude test on the same day.
