I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2008
Interview
HR called with several phone interviews, in person took place at HQ. Interviewer was distracted. Questions focused on interviewers past which was agency based. Although position was positioned as one of change the 'supervisor' was definately looking for the same old thing.

Question 1
If you had to make a choice between two options in a short time, how would you come to a decision knowing either would work?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Apr 2024
Interview
Applied for a senior manager role, was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen, which I think went okay. Then she contacted me about meeting with the hiring manager. Based on my research on him he seemed pretty cool, so I was excited. However the day I met with him, he was very distracted, put me on hold a few times (Zoom), and just seemed like he did not want to be there. I got the feeling they already had somebody in mind, so the interview was pointless. I never came away from an interview feeling so negatively.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself (standard interview question)
Two rounds: first remote, then at their office in Chicago. The second round interview included both behavioral questions and a case. The behavioral questions were pretty standard. The case was required creativity, critical thinking and confidence.
